Why We Care

There is consensus among researchers that CVD is one of the most manageable health conditions, yet it continues to be the leading cause of fatalities due to 76% of patients not having their condition under control. Many we spoke to struggled alone to make lifestyle changes that ended up falling short. While CVD is manageable, it requires a comprehensive approach of adherence, education, and support which is not currently available anywhere.

We care because it’s those we love – our family, friends, colleagues, and those in our immediate communities – that need support and encouragement to battle this silent condition.
